In-stock items will be shipped within 72 hours from receipt of your order.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive back in stock. You should have the merchandise within two weeks for intercontinental UPS ground shipments as well as intercontinental postal shipments. Foreign orders can take up to 3 or 4 months depending on the method of shipment. Due to fluctuation of the dollar, prices are subject to change without notice.
All items listed are subject to availability at the time your order is received. All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis.
Items ordered that are out-of-stock or sold out will not be charged to your credit card. If payment is by money order or certified check, you will receive a refund check or store credit with your order.
We ship most orders UPS Ground Service. If you request a different service, your order will be subject to additional charges for the service requested.

Sorry, we do not take C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer are non-refundable.
All payments must be in U.S. funds - Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
All orders processed by House of Ska to an address in Florida are subject to 7% sales tax, All others are none taxable.
